Good evening! I’m a little late to the game on this week’s post because I have had quite the weekend. On Friday, I started to feel kind of itchy. On Saturday, I woke up with full-blown hives and was completely miserable. I have spent the last two days taking steroids, trying to figure out what I’m eating that is doing this to me, and scratching uncontrollably. So, it hasn’t been the most fun weekend for me, and i certainly hope yours has been better! Nevertheless, I want to link up to a few decent reads to get the week off to a good start.
Short answer: nope.
I’m hoping to be involved with an eating disorder and body image support group at the treatment center where I work. These ideas seem pretty basic, but they are good stepping stones and provide a framework for things to work on over time.
I love what Kylie has to say about flexibility in regards to movement, and giving yourself grace when you’re in a place where intense exercise is not best for you.

Sleep is the most important thing, as far as I’m concerned, and heat can mess with how much we get.
Regardless of your beliefs about death and afterlife, I think there is something to being open and curious.
